Ginny’s coaching style is not a ‘one size fits all’ approach. I was not told, “Here is how you do it”. Rather Ginny guided me through a process of self-exploration and discovery. With improved self-awareness I have developed leadership skills that reflect my personal beliefs and values while recognizing and honoring the beliefs and values of others. I am able to believe in what I do and fully invest myself as a leader.

I recently retired from 40 years in book publishing and needed to figure out where my life was headed next. I had some vague ideas, but not the slightest idea how to act on them, nor did I have any real understanding of where my life needed to go. Dr. Blair’s coaching methods and insights helped me narrow down my options to those that really made sense, and then gave me the tools to investigate those options.
