Leadership Coaching Pricing:
Initial Coaching Package:
$ 2,450.00
You will be supported in an open, encouraging manner for an initial three months that include:
- Six structured and supportive sessions lasting 1 1/2 to 2 hours (approximately 2 per month)
- E-mail follow-up between calls to celebrate achievements, receive further guidance, identify and eliminate obstacles to further growth
- Self-assessment tools that enhance your clarity about your uniqueness and strengthen your self-leadership
- A downloadable book to set your objectives, mark your progress and record your thoughts as you gain confidence and begin to spread your wings
Group Coaching:
Conference calls with Ginny that address specific leadership topics. Participants will receive workbooks and guidance for immediate application of the tools presented on the call.
Online Leadership Skill Building
Online leadership skill-building programs that build the skills you need to move through current situations into confidence and creativity in leading.Programs include:
- Online lesson series to learn at your own pace, in your own time
- Downloadable notebooks that personalize the lessons and provide the materials to follow along, take notes, and see your skills improve as you go
- E-mail access to Ginny for clarification and questions
